About Strawberry meadow pines
Strawberry Meadow Pines Christian Retreat is located on a beautiful acreage in Strawberry, AZ. The lodge has several bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, two kitchens, a rec room, and a huge deck overlooking the meadow. The lodge can accommodate approximately 40 people.

Sleeping accomodations
The rooms at Strawberry Meadow Pines have a combination of twin, queen, king, and bunk beds. All bedding is provided. Private rooms are not available. You will be asked at time of registration if you are able and willing to sleep in a top bunk, as we will need to utilize all beds (including top bunks) to be able to accommodate 40 ladies.

The lodge has several cozy spaces where we will be able to break out into small groups or just have personal time.
Meals
Strawberry Meadow Pines has two fully stocked kitchens and multiple grills. We will be preparing our own breakfasts and dinners. Everyone will be on their own for lunch on Saturday - either at the lodge or at a restaurant in town.

Who: All ladies and youth girls 16 and older are welcome, but spots are limited so please plan to register on February 2nd if you want to be sure to secure a spot!

How much does it cost?
The price is $145 per person. This includes lodging and four meals.
If you plan to stay off-site, the retreat fee is $55 per person. This includes four meals.

How will we get there?
We will be driving ourselves up on Friday afternoon/evening and returning Sunday midday. There will be several carpool options available if you prefer not to drive.
What about the sleeping situation?
The lodge has a combination of king, queen, twin, trundle, and bunk beds. All of the top bunks will need to be used if we are at full capacity (42 people).
The one king bed and four queen beds will be reserved for family members attending together that can share a bed. (mother/daughter, sisters, etc.)
If you need private accommodations, there are several Airbnb properties and hotels nearby.

What if the retreat is fully booked when I try to register?
The lodge only accommodates 42 people, so we encourage everyone to register asap to save your spot. If you want to attend, but the rooms are sold out, there are several Airbnb rentals nearby in Strawberry and Pine. There are also several hotels and cabins in Payson, which are only about a 25 minute drive.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know at the time of registration if you have any restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate. You are also welcome to bring any food items you would like for the weekend.
Do I have to pay in full when I register?
No, you can get registered and pay at a later time.
Off-site accomodations
If you would prefer to stay off-site or if the lodge is fully booked when you register, there are several options for accommodations close to the retreat center. We've listed a few of those options below.
There are also several hotels and cabins in Payson, which are only about 25 minutes away. Websites that are helpful with searching for accommodations are vrbo.com, airbnb.com, and expedia.com.
